Tumbling '101'

How to Play a harmonica/blues harp/mouth organ-
Week by week I will add to this page in order not to overwhelm you with musical technique for 'blowing a harp'.
#1. First step, get yourself a harmonica.
I prefer the 'Lee Oscar' brand. They have a plastic comb and are very air tight. This will come into play when you begin to 'bend' notes.
The price for one of the harps is about 26 bucks or so. Like any thing else, you get what you pay for, and although you may have a harmonica in the key of 'C' that your 4 year old has given up on, and all the reeds are stuck together with jam, it will probably not hold up to the pressure required to bend notes for very long.
Besides the key of 'C' is a crummy key for the Blues anyway.
When you have aquired the instrument of your choice (you may purchase a 'Honer' if you must, but we will have to condition it a bit, and we can cover that too!)
Isn't this fun!?
Good!
Come back when you got your harp and have blown it for no less than 2 hours. (Not 2 hours straight, or you may end up homeless.)
This is to get the feel for it.
I know; it's gonna sound like crap. But you will also find out who your real friends are, and how strong your marriage really is.

Lesson #2.

This is the Logo to the new website.
Notice the 'dash' between "Banjo" and "Creek"?
Ahaa, that will get you to the newly built site.
Without it, you will be looking at an IT company offering web services, or even Banjo Creek Farms.
Probably not where you wanted to go, No?

My new web site and search engine you will not find it on-
The New and Improved Banjo-Creek After months of work, is this the best I could do? Yes!
Lycos One of the most visited hubs on the Internet reaching one out of every two web users.
Yahoo! With over half a million sites divided into more than 25,000 categories, Yahoo! is both browseable and searchable.
InfoSeek GO Network is a new brand that brings together the very best of the Internet in one, easy to use place.
